CMC Industries is proud to announce that its Customer, a leading global supplier of automated systems, has successfully completed the hand-over process of a new Postal System close to Milan.

As stated in a recent press release, the Handling System is now operative full time and ensures optimum security, efficiency and throughput (over 15.000 cartons / hour and a total of over one million items / day equivalent to 10% of the total Italian volume).

As a business partner committed to assisting customers meet current challenges while anticipating future ones, CMC Industries took part of this project for the reconversion of a Postal Center to the e-commerce supplying four tipping units and a total length of roughly 250 meters of belt conveyors that have demonstrated, during months of intensive live tests, their technical performance and integrity from a safety point of view.

Decision for the right partnership has been the perfect set-up for a strong cooperation and to assure perfect condition to the End-user that got benefit from the use of flexible products, based on a modular design, that have been easily integrated into the existing Postal Center without downtime nor affecting the operations; exactly what the End-user wanted!
